Marlene Burkhart´s real estate career spans over the past 17 years when she became a REALTOR®. She and went on to become a broker 13 years ago. In the ensuing years, Marlene expanded her horizons in to the world of real estate education and is currently a REBAC instructor. She has earned the ABR, AWHD, BPO, CIPS, CRB, CRP, CRS, e-Pro, Green, GRI, REOS, SFR and SRES designations.
As a Broker Associate for Huff Realty/Home Sales Services of America, located in the Greater Cincinnati area, Marlene was Director of Home Sale Services, Director, Inventory Properties, and an International Residential Relocation Specialist, working with corporate transferees from Europe, Asia, South America and Africa. Her passion for learning and her desire for seeing others understand concepts for the first time are driving forces behind her pursuit of teaching.
Marlene does not believe in lecturing. She uses her warm personality and sense of humor to engage her classes and encourages class participation. If you ask Marlene why she enjoys teaching she will say, "I love seeing the light in their eyes when they get it and understand what they are learning will enhance their business".
As an active REALTOR® as well as a REBAC Instructor, Marlene understands the need for quality education in order to increase business in the ever changing current market.
